Not cooling or running warm
Warm refrigerator or freezer sections, long run times, or temperature swings.
A Sub-Zero is a major investment, and the right diagnosis matters as much as the repair. Appliance Doctor is factory authorized for Sub-Zero; authorization and availability can vary by product.
Warm refrigerator or freezer sections, long run times, or temperature swings.
Ice maker not producing, water dispenser trouble, or leaks.
Unusual noise, frost buildup, or fans that are not moving air as they should.
Door seals that do not close tightly, display or control faults, and error indications.
Have the model and serial number ready if you can; they are usually on a label inside the cabinet. Note any error indication on the display, when the problem started, and whether it affects the refrigerator section, the freezer section, or both. Many Sub-Zero models cool the two sections with separate systems, so those details help us plan the visit. If you cannot find the label, send what you have and we will help.
The fee covers the technician's trip, diagnosis, and basic repairs that take under 30 minutes. If a repair needs more time, parts, or specialized work, we give you a repair quote before proceeding. Repairs carry a 30-day labor & diagnostic warranty.
