Water leaks

Water pooling inside or beneath the refrigerator.

Helpful steps

Quick checks before you call

  • Confirm the unit has power and the temperature setting has not been bumped.
  • Make sure vents inside are not blocked by food packages.
  • Check that the doors close fully and the seals are not torn or dirty.
  • Vacuum dust from the condenser coils if you can reach them safely, with the unit unplugged.
  • Move perishable food to a cooler if the temperature is climbing.

If the problem continues, call us. Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself.
