Service when no one is home
We can enter unoccupied residences when we have an appropriate method of entry and payment arranged ahead of time. Tell us who to contact, how we get in, and how the visit will be paid for, and we will plan the visit around it.
What to send us
What helps us schedule a property visit
- The property address and a contact for the property.
- The person authorized to approve diagnosis and additional repairs.
- Entry instructions, such as a lockbox, key pickup, or a contact who will meet us.
- The appliance brand and model, and a description of the problem or the installation.
- How the visit will be paid for, and any building or association rules for contractors.
- Guest turnover or move-in timing, if it affects scheduling.
Scheduling depends on the area and our current availability, and averages under a week. Call 850-769-8021 for the current schedule.
Service visit
$150 service visit & diagnostic fee
The fee covers the technician's trip, diagnosis, and basic repairs that take under 30 minutes. The fee is not credited toward a larger repair. If a repair needs more time, parts, or specialized work, we give you a repair quote before proceeding. Repairs carry a 30-day labor & diagnostic warranty. See warranty terms.

Yes. We can enter unoccupied residences when we have an appropriate method of entry and payment arranged ahead of time.
How do I set up service for more than one property?
Call us and describe the properties, the appliances, and how access and payment should work. We will talk through scheduling and how to handle each job.
Do you accept referrals from other businesses?
Yes. If you are a builder, designer, realtor, plumber, electrician, or another business and you refer customers who need appliance or gas service, we would like to hear from you.
