Bosch Appliance Repair in Panama City & Northwest Florida

Bosch dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, wall ovens, and cooktops are built for everyday use, and when one stops working it helps to have a technician who knows the platform. Appliance Doctor is factory authorized for Bosch; authorization and availability can vary by product.

What we repair

Bosch problems we diagnose

Leaks, door and start problems

Door seals, hoses, leak-protection systems, latches, and control faults can all stop a cycle. Do not keep running a dishwasher that is leaking.

Refrigerator cooling, ice and water

Airflow, defrost, ice maker, and water-line problems can affect cooling and leaks. See refrigerator not cooling.

Ranges, ovens and cooktops

Oven not heating, temperature accuracy, igniter, element, and control issues are diagnosed by model. See oven won't heat.

Bosch service

Bosch products we service.

Bosch makes dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and laundry appliances. Because models and production years use different parts, send the complete model and serial number so we can confirm the appliance and the service options before the visit.

Bosch details

What Bosch owners should know

Bosch makes dishwashers, refrigeration, ranges, wall ovens and cooktops, ventilation, microwaves, laundry, coffee machines and warming drawers.

Common reasons for a service call

Dishwashers

Water left in the tub, dishes that come out dirty or wet, leaks, and cycles that stop or will not start.

Refrigeration

Warm compartments, frost, ice maker problems and leaks.

Cooking and laundry

Ovens and cooktops that will not heat or light, and washers or dryers that will not drain, spin or heat.

Finding your model and serial number

Bosch asks for the complete model number (E-Nr), which is on the rating plate. It consists of letters and numbers and ends with a slash and two more numbers, for example SHX2AR55UC/10. Bosch’s finder shows where the plate is for each appliance category. The official guide is linked under “Before you call” below.

Display messages and codes

If the display shows a code, photograph it before you cancel the cycle. Dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators each use their own messages, so send the exact text with the complete E-Nr.

Prepare

Before you call

  • The complete model and serial number, plus a clear photo of the rating label if you can.
  • A short description of the symptom, when it started, and any error message or code.
  • The fuel type (natural gas or propane) for gas appliances, and how the appliance is installed.

Our model and serial number guide explains where to look.

Official guide: where to find your Bosch model number (opens in new tab). Tag locations vary by model and year, so follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your model.

Service visit

$150 service visit & diagnostic fee

The fee covers the technician's trip, diagnosis, and basic repairs that take under 30 minutes. The fee is not credited toward a larger repair. If a repair needs more time, parts, or specialized work, we give you a repair quote before proceeding. Repairs carry a 30-day labor & diagnostic warranty. See warranty terms.

Questions

Common questions

Do you repair Bosch dishwashers?

Yes. Bosch is among the brands Appliance Doctor is factory authorized for. Authorization and service availability can vary by product, so call us with your model number.

Why is my Bosch dishwasher not draining?

Start with the filter, the drain hose, and the disposal connection if you have one. If water remains, the drain pump may need testing. Our dishwasher not draining guide has the checks in order.

What should I have ready before I call?

The complete model and serial number, a short description of the problem, when it started, and any error message. Our model and serial number guide shows where to look.

Do I need the number after the slash on my Bosch model number?

Yes. Send the complete model number (E-Nr), including the slash and the two numbers after it, because Bosch asks for the complete number when booking a repair.

“They came out to do warranty work on new Bosch dishwasher. Steve, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I definitely recommend.”
